EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

They cancel ticket without informing you.

I booked a ticket in advance with this website to get the price advantage. I got a confirm ticket and amount deducted from my credit card. When I reach to counter to fly I come to know that travel agent has cancelled the ticket. There was no prior information. When I called customer care they say today is Sunday you book by your own and talk later.


Next day full of harassment without telling me any proper reason for not informing me for any cancellation. Also not allowing me to talk to senior exec saying he is not available. Never try this site it is worst experience with me. I’m and up going to Consumer court to resolve this matter. I heard of Nishant Patti the owner of this company is very impressive personality so booked ticket with them, but his staff is very bad.
