Bad experience with Ease My Trip

This was the fist and very bad experience with ease my trip. I will never plan my travel through ease my trip as they do not have any transparency.


We had to get the to and fro flight booking done for 10 people

  1. we completed the booking online with the confirmation message. After few minutes we got a call from the customer support of ease my trip saying the booking is cancelled and we need to re-book the tickets

  2. since we were in group of 10 and ease my trip has functionality to book tickets for 9 only in one go, we told them to cancel for everyone. They argued with us for not getting the tickets of 1 person booked via different booking id. And that booking was for a minor 3 years child. We did not understand logically how is it possible for a child to travel alone. We had to get into multiple calls for getting this settle when they finally agreed to cancel.

  3. we were not provided by the original PNR ticket by ease my trip and we were asked to carry the email print out

  4. our return tickets did not have free check in. And our mail ticket mentioned about 15 kg free check-in per person. This was an hidden cost for us and we had to pay additional for our luggage

Please don’t book tickets from them as its lot of time spending for booking the tickets plus no assurance on the hidden terms and condition.
