This must be the worst ticket booking site. Lots of problems with the site and service:
I booked a ticket on the site but after booking got an error, but at the same time the ticket was booked. I was fortunate to realise that ticket booking was complete and did not book another ticket
I had to cancel that ticket due to some reason. Ticket was cancelled by calling Airlines directly, but the amount was supposed to be refunded by this site. The struggle starts to get the money.
Ideally the amount should have been refunded automatically, but had to call them to notify that ticket was cancelled and money had to be refunded
The ticket was marked as normal cancellatiion and was supposed to get the amount in couple of days
got the refund money but the money was 10% of the actual refund
The customer service is pathetic, I called them multiple times, but they cant even answer why so less money was refunded. They try to connect toconcerned department. But that department is never reachable
Sent email to them with my issue but even after 15 days, there is no reply
I am still waiting to get correct refund and fighting out with them. Would never recommend this site to anyone, even if they are giving free tickets
