I booked a ticket and the money got deducted. The ticket was not booked and they said it would be refunded in 24 hours. After 5 days of waiting, I emailed them and they asked me for the transaction details. After that, there was no response. After a few days, I called their customer care and they said they had escalated the case and the refund would be there in 24 hours. Again after a few days of waiting, there was no sign of refund. when I called them again they said that there was an issue with the airlines and would be issued in 24 hours. They said if I did not get the money back, keep calling every 24 hours. I wrote a review in Google Playstore and suddenly they found a solution and sent a mail that the refund was initiated. They called me and I was not available so they started calling all my relatives for whom I booked the tickets earlier and told them to ask me to take down the bad review. There is no data privacy in this company. They have done this earlier also with me and called my family members to ask me to take down the review and replace it with good ones. They do not want to improve their service but just ask for good reviews. I now have an impression that probably most of their reviews are bought and fake ones. It was an eye-opener for me when I came to these forums like Trustpilot and found repetitive complaints from their other customers.
