Generally I use makemytrip.com for booking the Air tickets but few days back I thought of trying as the prices mentioned there were lesser than that of makemytrip.com. and this is how I fell victim of these people. The site is not dedicated for easing ur trips rather making them horrifying for you and not only this they charge you another 150 -200 rs for credit card charge.. now that’s gr8 way of fooling the innocent consumers. useful review.. I have used Yatra a couple of times. I generally use makemytrip.com..
Few days back, I booked a morning flight (ahmedabad-Delhi) at about 7:30 in the evening of the previous day of journey and guess what, , I got a call after half an hour and the executive told me that they were cancelling the ticket as I dint provide any landline number.. I got the money back after 12 days... horrible experience.. how can some one cancell the ticket on the account of non availabilty of land line numbers....in the end I had to book another ticket and I end up loosing about another 1500 as by then the fare on all the sites have increased. Owing to all these expeiences , I decided never to use this site for any of my future travel.nTc and bye for now..
