I made a booking for return flights for Delhi-Mumbai. But I had to partially cancel my booking because of some personal reasons. I have even received the confirmation for the cancellation. This is my ID: 080115764EGJ549LDD.
I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care of easemytrip for a while now. Firstly, you are in a never ending period of waiting. Secondly, even if you manage to get through to someone, they say that they don’t handle cancellations even after I selected the right options on the IVR. This person promises me that someone will get in touch with me from the customer service team but doesnt look like anyone will call.
This is getting extremely annoying. I know that they dont charge an extra convenience fee like MMT, but at least the’customer service’ is better there. No way am I going to use this again!
