I have booked a cab from Khandwa to Indore EMT159929261.

Since I have not received cab details 2 hours prior to departure, I called 4-5 times to get the cab no. and details, I was assured on every call to wait and I will get cab details within 15 minutes. At 12:45, 15 minutes before departure, my booking got cancelled, the reason being stated Cab partner is not able to arrange a cab. Really, is this professionalism? I was stunned how a company could handle their customer service in this manner.

We had a train from Khandwa in the evening where we had to reach on time through Cab. It created a lot of inconvenience and uneasiness, if you can understand the situation.

Totally Disappointed.
