First of all I wants to tell you I am not a employee of this company I was only the distributor for Gujarat of this company but I know many of the employees of this company who was working with this company for my territory they all picked up by other companies at just double salary.
The company’s only motto is to take benefit of his employees which provides them the data of their existing company clients
i face the same problem when a employee of my existing company comes to me and chase me to take distributorship of this company, on his words & many promises by the company persons I take distributorship of this company for Gujarat but after some time.
I find that this company is totally fraud they bellied me lot of material without order at just 3 times price than its original market price after that they slowly slowly remove all the staff from Gujarat and from company also when I complaint regarding that to company they told me that they closed many segments of the company such as "auto parts’ "lubricants", "tyres& alloyes" "car accessories" which is with me for gujarat and I come to know from market that they suspend all its staff without paying them the salary of three three months
When I talk to their employees they told that it is the company policy they take all new staff at double salary trap new dealers/distributors, billed them lot of material without order (payment terms are total advance) than closed particular segments after that suspend all newly appointed employees as they cant perform according to thier expectations so I wants to tell you my friends beware of this company don’t be the employee /dealer/distributor of this company
The brand ambassador of this company is shree kapil dev and brand name is "ADDO" lot of people like me are being fool because of that also so beware
