I had booked an early morning pickup to go for a important office meeting. Though I had booked the cab the previous day but they wait until the last moment to send an SMS that the pickup has been cancelled due to some "technical reasons."
On calling the customer care, I get connected to an uninterested and completely unsympathetic executive who just cant be bothered with worried/desperate customers calling her. I came to know that my pickup was cancelled because they "did not have "any cabs available in the region at the time".pathetic and completely unreliable service. Guys avoid easy cabs.
