I arrived BIAL(Bangalore Airport) on 31/10/2011 by Goair and wanted to go to Bannergatta Road Via jayanagar 4th Block. The driver of the Taxi went on using his mobile phone while driving. I objected after several calls. He switched off the A/C and took different routes and reached Diary Circle far away from jayanagar where my person was waiting with a medicine which I had to collect.Purpose of my hiring the taxi was defeated thereby. At the end he wanted A/C fare for non-A/C. I complained to BIAL next day with all the narration. No action so far. NEVER USE EASY CAB. *

THEY WILL NOT COME AT ALL. I BOOKED A CAB ON 23 AUG CALLING ON STD FROM COCHIN AND BOOKING NO. WAS B000768 AT 10.44 AM. TRAVEL WAS AT 8 PM . CAB DID NOT COME AT ALL. AND NONE RESPONSIBLE WHEN CALLED TO ENQUIRE. I COULD NOT GO TO MY PLACE AT ALL.
NEVER DEPEND ON EASY CABS BANGALORE. I SENT A REGD NOTICE TO THEM FOR WHICH NO REPLY SO FAR. VERY BAD AND TOTALLY UNRELIABLE SERVICE. WHEN WE PLAN TO GO TO AIRPORT ETC. AND BOOK EASY CAB AND THEY DONT TURN UP JUST IMAGINE THE PREDICAMENT

Sir,
I booked your easy cab on 23/08/09 at 10.44 AM calling on STD from Cochin and you confirmed it by SMS with confirmation number B 000768. Cab was for a journey at 8 PM from Jayanagar 4th Block to the above address . At 19.07 hrs I got an SMS saying that cab is not available since your cab is not available in my area. I booked the cab 9 hrs and 16 mts. earlier to my requirement.
The excuse you have conveyed is totally baseless as there was no such condition put by you when you confirmed my booking giving a booking ID.
If you cannot provide the service you should not have accepted booking, hence I believed that you will send the cab and relied on it You have accepted cheated me causing very any difficulties and I had to suffer heavy losses as I could not get another cab.. You are responsible for all my problems and losses. Can you enlighten me on the breach of trust
