These chaps are glorified auto walas. Booked a cab on July 27th night wand was give cab details with information that cabbie will reach me in next 15-20 minutes [booking id A072702428 (9:53:04)]. In ten mins I get another sms asking me to ignore the booking.
There have been other instances where their call center has advised that there is no cab available in the vicinity and when walking to the main road I saw a cabbie at the corner.
Remember we pay a premium price of Rs 15 per km and a booking charge of Rs 25/50 depending on when cab is required. Time authorities need to g et them to same price as auto. Isn’t the service which we get from Easycabs same as that of auto-walas.
