It was my mistake to call Easy Cabs 43434343 on the day of my travel. It was a nightmare and believe me the feeling is worst. I was scheduled to travel on the 26th of December. My train was at 9:30 pm.
In the morning 10:00 am the same day I called up Easy Cabs and booked a cab at 8:00 pm. Within half an hour very promptly they send me an sms saying that my booking is confirmed and my cab will be at my house at 7:45 pm.
With ease I started preparing for my travel. In fact I always book Meru Cabs for my travel, I don’t know why but I booked Easy Cabs that day.
At around 7:30 pm I got an sms saying my booking has been canceled as there are no cabs available. Luckily I was near my phone otherwise I would have seen the message only at 8:00 pm when I would have been waiting for the cab to come.
To my horror I was out of my head and did not know what to do at the last moment. I called up all other renowned cabs but none had cabs for my place. At the end I called a local cab BVK Cabs and got a cab booked for 8:00 pm. That half an hour took my life out.
I will never forget that torture and request who ever is reviewing my page to see the trauma that I went thru and save themselves from such horror.
Easy cabs is worst and don’t book them when u r going for an urgent trip.
