I had a couple of bad experiences with easy cab. They first confirm and then follow it up with a cancellation message. Recently it so happened that my parents who are senior citizens had to go through a lot of anxiety because of the last minute cancellation and they had to pay almost double the price and go through a lot of discomfort going by auto-rickshaw covering a long distance and missing a crucial appointment. I don’t think I will ever forgive them or recommend their services to my friends.
Use their service at your own risk... Better have a contingency plan if you prefer to take their services.
