We all know that EasyCab is " supposedly" one of the best cab service in Bangalore and I dont disagree. I booked the cab with trust as always.
So how would you imagine if being stranded by EasyCab past midnight on 31st of Dec New Year! How would you feel if you are stranded at midnight with no information about a cancellation? I was scared and worried that I have to wait on the road at midnight to catch an Auto (You all know what its like?)
I call Customer Service, with my usual undying trust that my solution will be magically solved by the so called CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT . After an hour or so, I finally got through to them and guess what this guy (he introduce himself as Team Leader) informed me mechanically "Sir, the Cab broke down- Quote unquote" Buutttt we spoke to the cab driver (9739293140- KA- 02 AD 7554)(after we receive a confirmation from EasyCab. The cab driver said Iam 30 km away (Kengeri) and have been informed another cab has been arranged which contradicted to what the so called Team Leader Navin told me, so imagine my shock and fear,
Luckily, I found a Hoysala bike passing by who helped me get an auto in which is one of the most dangerous area in Bangalore "according to the cops".
My advice: Hope no one goes through this again!
I will never book again nor recommend anyone to book.
A little bit of honesty and professionalism would be appreciated.
