I had to reach Yeshwantpur railway station(Bangalore) by 7 am to catch a train to Mangalore. I booked easy cabs the previous day when a friendly voice confirmed my booking. The next morning, I felt I should confirm once and called them at 5.30 am. A sleepy voice answered that if you have booked then the taxi should arrive at 6 am. We called again at 6.15 am and to my surprise I was told that there are no cabs in my area & they’ve sent a SMS. I had to run, catch and auto and go to the railway station. Somehow I reached and then I got their SMS at 10.30 am.
Never take an easy cab!
