I booked the cab on 13 Dec2013 at 9:00 am from Thane to Mulund to catch the Volvo by 11:00 am. I got confirmation with the ID - A121300420.
Looking at the traffic, I asked them to pick me by 10:00 am. At 10:00 am, I got SMS that they don’t have cab availability in that area. By Gods grace, I got another taxi otherwise I would have missed my volvo.
I suggest, please don’t book any cab from these people. They just want long distance customer.
