I have booked a cab on 17th feb 2013 at 10am for travel from kaggadaspura to airport starting 2 pm. They have SMSed me booking id A021700352 and did not bother to respond till 1:45 pm. I then called them to check the status of cab, they said they will check the system and respond which means they had no clue about this booking.
They then send me another sms at 1:50 pm(scheduled start time is 2 pm) regretting that they cannot mobilise a cab for me. I was in panic state as I have to desperately reach the airport with my family and was running out of time. I finally managed to reach the airport by taking most expensive alternative. I will never recommend easy cabs Bangalore. They are the worst fellows in the world.
I had the worst experience with them.
