Easy cabs drivers are very rude and aggressive. There services are neither reliable nor safe. I was travelling with my family on 07-Dec-2014. I booked 2 cabs from Bangalore Majestic Railway Station Easy Cabs counter.
Counter man told me that I will get my booking detail by SMS soon. But I didn’t get till now. After reaching my destination points, driver started asking me to pay extra money.
They (drivers) became aggressive and started abusing me, when I denied to pay extra money. They were almost trying to rob me. I called customer care, but they put me on a long hold and finally disconnected.
Any how, I saved my self by telling them that, I am going to call Police.
