Poor Service

Poor coordination between the booking call centre and cab service provider. Call centre booking done by poorly staffed - long waiting time, at least 10 minutes to get the person to come on line.


My booking 000996 for 7th November which was booked 1 day before and was confirmed was cancelled by them without providing the information to me about cancellation.


I was waiting for the cab or the sms regarding the cab details and when i didn’t get any I contacted them, I was told they had cancelled my booking.


I had a tough time taking my pregnant wife in the rain. They should have courtesy to inform the customer if they are cancelling the booking from their side. Overall poor service...
