On 11th Feb 2010 by morning 11 am i have booked a cab for a railway station drop at 8 pm on the same day evening.at 7.45 pm when i called the help desk of easycab they told that the cab is unavailable and we will send the message now itself on the same.and atlast i missed my train.
I would suggest to rename that hell cab service to be difficult cab. Beware of easy cab dont ever book for any urgent services this idiotic cab. Please be aware that the helpdesk people will act as if they are innocent
