Booked the taxi for a pick-up & drop to JP Nagar Phase VII . Time of Booking: 7.30 PM. Taxi rqd Time: 9.00 PM opp. to Dell- Domlur. At 9.15 PM after several calls - their customer service throws their hands up & claims to have sent SMS cancelling the trip. People involved were old and non-Bangaloreans. Hence they were forced to run helter skelter without transportation.
More disturbing - painfull is the customer service’s apathy & non-helping -’go to hell’ attitude.
Their customer service deserves to be called as customer DIS-SERVICE’. Guys- if you want to walk in rain or shine, you are welcome to try this service(or dis-service).
