I booked an EasyCab against my better judgement because the last time I booked the an EasyCab it came 3 hours late so I was not expecting brilliant treatment but the events of today make me realize how unsafe EasyCabs are and how any idiot can be an EasyCab driver.
Car Number 6602 the cab driver changed 3 times after 7:30 I booking was for 8
The cab was again late and on calling customer service I was told the cab was 5min away for 1 hour
The reason I had to call customer service and not the cab driver cause the cab driver was not picking up, which later I realized was because the supposed driver picked up was because the person who was suppose to be driving the cab was a sleep somewhere and some other guy was driving the cab.
After calling customer service again repeatedly who bytheway called from a cellphone after the first three calls(so much for privacy) the cab arrives at 9(at this point I’ve already missed my appointment) I was obviously in a hurry so I get into the cab then I ask the driver why he is late he says "because I had to come empty" I asked him what coming empty had to do with time. That chauvinistically pig(ph number: 9590919001) has the audacity to tell me to SHUT UP!
What sort of local creeps do you pick up from the streets to make "EasyCab driver"!
Luckily it was day time of course I got off the cab cause I dont feel safe around pigs. but I will make sure NOBODY I know is stupid enough to use such pathetic service again.
