I booked an EASY Cab and got a Ref # as usual. Even after 1/2 hour of the scheduled departure time I did not receive a call from the Driver. Later when I called back to the Booking desk, they said the cab has been dispatched but the Driver is not answering to their calls.
They say sorry for the inconvenience caused.. what will happen to the passengers during midnights..they would be stranded on the road.. is it ?
The help desk do not have basic courtesy to call back n check the passenger status. They advertise that they have recruited drivers after thorough verification, then why such problems. Imagine such a situation if you have to catch a Flight/Train/Bus.
So, please do not rely on this mockery services. Never book their services.
