I hope there is some organization who takes these people to task. They have cancelled my booking at the nth hour without informing. When I called them, They cited the reason that there was no cab near my location. Does it become my problem? Shouldnt they have organized it accordingly? I was forced to book their cab because Meru was unavailable and will NEVER EVER book them. And this has happened to me for the 2nd time.
Please please please people...**DONT EVER use their cab service especially to airport and station because you will SURELY MISS your flight/train
