I booked for an easy cab service for 5PM on 19th, Oct at around 1;30 PM. I got a confirmation SMS at 1:33 with booking id(A101900425). At 4:50 when I called the call centre for the driver details, they said "sorry sir no cabs in your area, we can not help you".
When I asked about the SMS, guy says "don’t go by SMS, till you get the car". Fantastic response. Then manager came on line. I told her that, I need the cab in 10 mins or I will file a complaint. She put me on hold for 5 mins and vanished.
When I went online to give feedback, the feedback form said "invalid booking id", the same one the guy had confirmed 2 minutes back.
It is obviously a well rehearsed trick to invalidate the booking id if they can’t send the cab.I really dont know how such guys remain in business, I hope they dont, because I dont know how many more people will get cheated and are left stranded believing guys like Easy cabs.Please, don’t trust Easy cabs if you want to have peace of mind. I am just spending time to put this feedback, so that others are not cheated like me.
