Easy cabs team is the most tricky team that I have ever come across, I made my booking at 2PM to book cab at 6PM, the agent said that booking was done and the cab will be available by 1800 hrs.
When I actually needed the cab, it wasn’t there, on calling them again they said that there is no such booking made, I was shocked.
The second agent realized the urgency and said that the cab will be arranged in 30 min, I was happy though and waited for few mins, and when I called the driver he told that he is 25 km away and will take time. so dont rely on easy cabs.
I finally missed the important task, though took an auto to make it. Situation was like the DDLJ scene a train moving right in front of you and you cant do anything.:( money lost could be made but moment lost can never be made up. am so sad and I know it will remain for a week.
Easy Cab team, please train your agents to address the request appropriately. But I will not be going for easy cabs in my entire life.
