I booked an ’Easy’ cab on 21st Apr’10 with booking ID 2256, to go for an important family gathering. The cab is yet to arrive! I was not given any information regarding the cancellation of the booking whatsoever. I tried their number several times, which only put me on the auto-response.
Despite being on hold for a long time on the phone, and having reached from being ’caller no.8’ to being ’caller.no.1’, no agent ever answered the call. By the time one of my relatives could come from the venue, pick me up and go back to the venue, the function was already over! Darned Easy Cabs.
I can never forgive them for making me miss such an important function.
