Had booked a cab at 8 AM to go to ulsoor for a pick up at 6 PM, but surprisingly got a sms on a mobile stating that they could not provide a cab at 5.45 pm, it is rather disgusting to receive this message at the last minute and I was forced to miss an important meeting.
Will Easy Cab reimburse the loss which I had incurred?
Would not recommend Easy Cab to any of my friends.
