I had in-laws at my place who had to fly at 9:15 am. I called up their call center around 6pm the previous day and gave all the details. They promptly confirmed the booking and gave out the booking id. They also sms-ed me the same within minutes.
Next morning at exactly 6am somebody called me, introduced himself as the driver and asked the direction of my house. I explained the route and also told him the landmark, etc to look for.
By 6:20 I got an sms from the easycab guys giving out the vehicle number and the driver cell number.
At 6:25, the taxi arrived!
Things couldn’t have been better. Either I was lucky or they have improved drastically - but I can’t help being impressed. Later on I heard from the in-laws that it was a smooth, comfortable journey. They reached the airport by 7:15
