I usually dont travel by Easy Cabs (its usually Cell Cabs) , but somehow as my luck would have it I thought I’ll try out easy cabs... and boy! di they make me regret that decision!!!
I called up at 9 am and booked for a cab at 11 am. I was sent a booking id number. But 20 minutes before the pickup time I get a message saying that Cab is not available in the area. Most pathetic service I have ever encountered.
It was my mistake that I called up easycabs instead of Fast track cabs or cell cabs.And the funny part was the customer care people put the blame on the booking system , as if I am the one who designed it !!!!! It seems like an overpriced auto service, as you cannot get a cab even if you book it couple of hours before the pick up time, you can travel only if you are lucky enough to find a cab in your location at your preferred time.
