Above booking was immediately confirmed via sms at 9:18 am to her number. At 5:22pm, on the same day, she received below message
“Dear customer, due to non-availability of the cabs in your area we cannot process your booking. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.” I immediately called back to your customer care number 080-43434343 that it is incorrect to cancel the booking and as it will be a big inconvenience and risk to my family to search the alternate and immediate transportation and to reach the destination on time. However, your call center representative simply ignored the frequent requests without understanding the severity of the travel and time.
Frequent calls were made from my wife’s number to your customer care number on 5:29pm, 6:06pm and 6:13 pm on 14th November, 2014 to avail the cab immediately as committed by you. All request were simply ignored. This is day light cheating with the customer wherein the booking is confirmed and is canceled at the time when the cab is expected to arrive at source, with no room to search for alternative transport for customer. This can be also termed as harassment where the customer care representative simply act smart but ignorant, rather than following the commitment given to customer leaving customer on his own in all possible worst conditions.
