I was coming back to home and I wasnt sure ti come very early and able to get a taxi on time amd didnt wanted to get late so to make sure I dont have any problem upon reaching. So I called easy bada and asked if they could meet me at the station at 10pm and they agreed.
I got there on 9: 30 and waited for almost 1 hour waiting for the cab to arrive but nobody ame and I called them to which they said that the cab was cancelled I was furious and also I left 3 rides because of them because if booked on them and kept the loyalty to waiting.
I then had to call them if they can send anyone still and they said it will take another hour as there is no one available right now to which I was really frustrated.
I waited for 45 minutes the cab arrived but didn’t picked up the luggage saying its not his job.
I was really shocked with such attitude and the whole way he rode rashly as if taking someone to a hospital and when I told him to go slow he didn’t responded at all.
Then Upom reaching he asked for more money and showed me the meter which was charging 7 rupees more per km than taxis charge.
I had to pay to get rid of him as looked like he was drunk also.
After such a very bad and expensive experience I just cannot recommend it ever.
