I took an easy cab taxi from Mumbai Airport - Cotton Green - Mahim. Poor cab. AC wasn’t working properly. Every 10 minutes it would break down. Old car, in rambles. torn seats. rude driver. The driver didnt know the way, took me from a longer route and wasn’t accepting his mistake. I was time crunched so had to hurry, but he stopped on the way to get gas filled.
Took full money which was in the meter, despite of the poor service and longer routes. The driver was fighting that I didn’t tell him the correct way. Me being just a traveller to Mumbai, would not know the roads.
I complained in the company giving them the cab number and all the other details, but nothing has happened since a month and no apologies also sent. Maybe they are taking their business too easy, however people like me, who keep travelling are avoiding them and going with the other easlily available options.
