OK here is an unbelievably positive story which I have to share. This is an out of the world, highly satisfying experience I have had with EasyCabs.
On July 6th I took a cab from the international counter of New Delhi Airport. I was as usual carrying too many things in my hand(mobile, passport+ticket, wallet etc etc.). While sitting in the cab I did not realise that I had put my wallet on my lap(by the way the wallet was in my hand, like a girl, coz I had just taken some cash out and I did not want to put it back since my behind was sore from the 6 hour flight)
While the cabbie dropped me home, I got out and walked. not realising that I have left my wallet in the cab.
The hysteria began the next day morning and I made frantic calls to the company. I did not even remember the cab number coz the receipt was also in the wallet. After noting down my complaint, I was told I have to inquire from the international counter about this and I was given a phone number where to reach them. For whatever reasons nobody picked up at the international airport. when I called the main number again they said "yes sir, they would not pick any incoming calls". which really boiled me coz these guys themselves gave me the number!
But then, to my delight I got a call from their customer care rep who said the driver has got my wallet and will deliver it to me. Then after some time the Driver of the cab actually came to my home an delivered the wallet back. I had blocked all my cards till then so had to go through the whole hassle of not having access to my ATMs and Credit cards. but quite easily this is one exceptional honest case story you will hear.! specially in sadi(read rotten) dilli
