They are not interested in taking non-airport drop bookings. The operator was very happy to take the booking until I told her that it is a lcoal drop. Upon hearing that, she said call 1 hour before the travel. When I said that 24 hours prior booking is allowed for any drop location and why is that she would not take the local drop booking, she had no answer. She put my call on hold and then disconnected.
