I booked cab for 6 /3/16 from my residence to airport 4 days in advance.they sent SMS confirmation of my booking .on day of travel I recd SMS of driver’s mobile 30 min. before travel time.
when taxi didn’t reach on scheduled time I called driver and shocked to hear from him that he is sleeping and not able to come.
That means company is not aware of ground reality but operates only on software where SMS of booking confirmation & driver’s details are auto generated for which cab dosen’t come .Totally unreliable, unprofessional approach put you in trouble .Pl avoid.
