My Booking was confirmed at 5 pm for a pickup time of 7 pm. But Just before 10 mins I get a message that you cannot provide the service due to unavailability of the CABS. The same thing happened 2nd time.
The reason is simple the distance was around 10 kms....Hence these people don’t want to serve for short distance. They only encourage Long distance Pickup and Drop because they can make more money out of it
What is the difference between Easycabs and an City AUTOWALAS. At least in auto I am sure that I will reach my place even if they ask more then the meter
