I booked Easy Ride Cab Ref # 1000168323 while in Bangalore, for a pickup from Pune Airport to Baner area @ 11.30 pm. I arrived at Pune airtport at 10.45 pm only to find that the cab could not be provided.
This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable of Easy Ride for not providing a cab the last minute. If I were to cancel the cab, I would be charged Rs.100/-.
Easy Ride can cancel the cab service anytime without any charge. Very unfair practice followed by the company. I had to book a different cab and pay more for the same service, just because of Easy Ride was unable to provide service requested.
I will not recommend Easy Ride to anyone nor I will use it from now on. Everyone, please beware of this highly unprofessional behavior from Easy Ride, you may miss your flight/train/bus next time you book a cab with Easy Ride.
