Overall I am quite happy with my experiences with Easy Jet. Every time I have flown with them the prices have been fantastic, not too cheap that the experience is awful, but cheap enough that you get a good deal with a fairly good flight to match.
The flights have been on time with a few mins delay every now and then, which hasn’t been a problem. I had a bad experience with checking in once whereby we were early and queued up for an hour and then we were told to turn around and queue at the back again as the check in counter wasn’t open! (The queue was a mile long!) I thought this was ridiculous and the staff were so rude and unapologetic. However, usually the staff I have encountered have been pleasant.
The seating space is a small issue, there isn’t much room! However I don’t really expect this on a cheap flight!
For an average flight at a good price I recommend Easy Jet, however if you’re used to first class I’d suggest sticking to it!
