By this platform, I would like to share my bitter experience with Easy ration.com. My father got admitted in hospital, for requirement of ration at home, I had no option but to log on at easy ration.com which turned out to be nightmare for me. I booked order on Sunday 29th of September with a assurance of delivering in 48 hrs it was delivered on 4th October.
They delivered the material with out reconciling with my family at home. My family was shocked to found out that 02 nos items were not delivered and 02 nos items were not as per my order. This is to mention that the they have added the amount for those material they have not delivered. Next day when I contacted the customer care, they told me their firm is getting an audit hence they will not be able to deliver the items in the ongoing week, and assured me to deliver the same by 9th of October. I told him I am at hospital with ration is required at my home he told me they will do by 9th of October only.
ON ACCOUNT OF ABOVE I WILL SUGGEST TO BUY UR SELF FROM GROCERY STORE & NOT BUY FROM THESE WEBSITES.BECAUSE "JO DIKTA HAI WO YAHA BHARAM HEE HAI."
