I have two issues.
I have purchased item 2 weeks back - PaisaPay ID 37532295125, I have received the item but no invoice. I have send multiple emails to customer service to send me soft copy of email(for future reference, warranty purpose) but no response as of today. Online chat always says that you are in queue for next 55 mins.
I have placed order PaisaPay ID 37752960805 - 2 days back and immediately sent email to seller for some clarification, no response.
I have also purchased many items online from other online portal where I found very fast and quick customer service & sellers response compare to e-bay. I do not want to purchase anything from e-bay in future.
