I have had a very bad experience with EBAY services. I ordered MOTO XPLAY mobile from the website
( as I couldnot find the same model I wanted in amazon, snapdeal - these are the websITES_Company I usually prefer for their amazing services)
Unfortunately I ordered from Ebay. The product arrived well on time. It was a cash on delivery order for 17, 990/- and the packaging was
mentioned as MOTO X PLay. After opening the package I see I have received an older model of MOTO X XT1052. So I decided to replace my order.
I called CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER - 1800 209 3229
mentioned everywhere in websITES_Company for 3 continuos days but always the numbers are busy.
I cannot contact the seller nor replace it online as I logged in from GUEST ACCOUNT
so no trace of ordering the product. I wrote a mail to the details mentioned in my invoice -

I didnot get any reply back from any of the sources. I tried calling on the number of
RITHIKA SINGAL - 9873376312( Number provided in invoice) But the number was switched off.
Tried reaching ebay india facebook page and told them the issue but they have not come back with an update.
I am getting really frustrated as due to urgency I had ordered a phone, but now I have paid the amount without
getting the thing I ordered. This is raising an issue as none of the other customer service is as bad as this.
Nobody to get help from ebay and neither anybody is coming forward for help and I am stuck here without knowing what to do,
Such e comerce business exist to dupe people. CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS A TYPE WHERE IT IS BUSY 24* 7.
CLOSE YOUR SHOPS AND GO HOME. you guys are worthless. You dupe customers and make them helpless in doing anything. I am going to make sure to take you guys to consumer court for your pathetic service. Never had to ever face such issues from any e- commerce business. YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC SERVICE.
