I ordered a mobile phone from Ebay since it appeared a good deal to me.After I made the payment u waited for the product to come. Since it didn’t happened in two weeks I called the seller and he asked me to wait for one more week and requested me not to comment or complaint in ebay.
Actually it was a trap. If we wait for 21 days paisa pay cannot refund the money to us. Later he will switch off his mobile and even if we call ebay customer care they will tell you since seller details are unavailable they cannot help but he is listed a power seller in ebay which is fake and can be done only with the help of some corrupted employee in ebay.
So I filed a case in consumer court. So buyers be careful about this seller nameitgetit he is absolute Fraud.
