It is one of the worst e commerce platform in India. I have bought a backcase for my mobile phone through ebay.in. The picture they have shown in the application and the product which I have got is entirely different.
They have very worst customer service. In the application they have shown a very attractive image of the product and has written that it is Nokia genuine product. But I have got an third quality product and its was not as shown in the application. The volume button and power botton is not actually fitting well. While using this back cover I cannot use the volume down button. The delivery time they took was also very long and the shipping was very slow.
While considering their mobile application, we cannot buy a product by seeing the image shown and the description given in the application for the product.
In my opinion ebay is one of the worst and non trustable platform.
