I have been using online stores for some time now like flikart, ebay.in and ebay not one of the best but still has promising support . the only issue I have with ebay is the return policy as I had bought about 6 products from ebay and out of which 3 had faults or were not as described. Now recently I bought a cooling pad from ebay.in for 304 including shipping of 50 rs as promised from seller I was supposed to get a particular brand cooler but instead they sent me some Chinese made product which had similar features but not the one I paid for.
It was like u pay for a ipod but they send u an jpod with same features.now I had contacted seller and they asked me to return it and they would then send me the replacement but I would have to pay for shipping from my end as well as return shipping that’s almost like 100 rs. So I have decided to keep this china made product but feel cheated by seller. I would recommend that before purchasing from any seller u should contact them about the actual description and be cautions.
The other two products which I had issues were the same could not send back due to return shipping as it would almost be like waste of money. One of the products was a memory card reader which was faulty and the other one was a telescope on which one screw had broken the side of the casing maybe during shipping but how could I have guessed the packaging was good enough so it must have been a fault which existed before shipping.
The rest of the three products were working fine and got great offers on them. So buy from ebay.in at your own risk if ready to pay return shipping.
