Ordered a sony product( Sony MDR-XB400 Over-the-ear Headphone). and after a week received a fake low quality chinese headphone written sony on it.
The design and color was same. that’s why they are selling these products at lower rates. I raised a complaint immediately after receiving the product they called after 2 days.
And said that ebay guarantee does not cover quality of the product. and we do not force anyone to buy from ebay. I don’t understand that what do they cover in their guarantee.
