Friends Last week I saw a advertisement eBay website Nokia 1100 available it’s cost of rs 650 am so happy ( because Nokia battery backup is very good) already I have a 4g handset vivo then I order and pay online payment suddenly they say your product deliver with in 5 working days but not received after 7days I will receive the product. Then I open my product am very disappointed because the hand set is Nokia 1112. Then I will call to customer careand I say the details sir product is mismatch ( I will talk the customer care to to my little bit English) customer care person said sir I can’t understand your English then they said only know English and Hindi only then they said no regional language available our customer care they say send mail to us we will replace the product and I send a mail to eBay still 20 days complete my product not replaced. ( the bad thing is Nokia 1112 is dead) 0% satisfacion 0 guarantee on eBay
