Hello I tell aboug ebay first all You know thaf ebay is the most frouad shoppIng site . Ebay gives us second handed producets in some of discount but discount is less.after we orderd the producet .producet recive after 15 days . the donot deliver at cod the make first payment .there are many sellers the does not shpping the producet fast . The take lomg time to delivery . The producet quality is very bad . There is no return policy only replacement policy. . Total surpise there is no security of producets .i orderd a refurbish laptop but I got laptop after 15 days and laptop of iran country there laungaue to arbi in keyboard I suprise beacuse the dont tell me to arbai in producet described. They make offer me recive a free andrioad mobile but there is no mobile recive me after I complain through the ebay to seller then after 5days I get call from customer care and the tell me they talk to seller .after two days I got a mail of shipping of andrioad mobile . And recive me after 10days .when I open the producet there is a mobile in open box and condition is very old. Mobile look like 10 year old and ifs samsung champ. The charger is not working . but what can I do beacuse this is a gift . But I feel very bad for ebay purchasing
