I had a very worst experience with ebay.
I have ordered a backpanel and I recieved a broken one.
I have contacted Ebay customer executive and raised a claim for which I again recieved a mail stating that the claim I have raised was closed without any reason. I have tried to contact the seller again but I didnt get any responce in return.
This is not the first time I recieved a broken item.
Customer care executive said that the item will be replaced soon but I didnt get any response till now.
