I had given an order for the purchase of a digital camera through ebay auction. When my auction bid is selected ebay asked me to pay the amount through paypal. I had paid through paypal immediately and waited for the delivery of the item.
When it is over three month I lost my patience and complained to ebay and paypal. Ebay said since the payment is through paypal I will get back my money as paypal has protection to customer money. So I complained with paypal through their site. But I got the result email from paypal which is pasted herewith.
